The company is a joint stock firm primarily engaged in the construction and development of real estate. Incorporated in November of 1987, the company has its registered head office in Azkoitia, Spain. The company is responsible for the entire construction of single family residential housing units, such as single family detached houses, town houses, or row houses. The company is also involved in the renovation and re-lease of existing buildings and the sale of improve parcels to others. Moreover, the company purchases a tract of land; determines the marketing of the property; develops the building program and design; obtains the necessary public approvals and financing; builds the structure; and leases, manages and sells the property.
